交通部相关负责人解读出租车行业改革
央广网北京10月13日消息（记者 冯会玲 刘祎辰 庄胜春）据中国之声《新闻和报纸摘要》报道，日前，交通运输部发布《关于深化改革进一步推进出租汽车行业健康发展的指导意见》和《网络预约出租汽车经营服务管理暂行办法》征求意见稿。中国之声特别节目《今天我值班》昨天邀请交通部相关负责人做相关解读。
出租车行业的改革呼声由来已久，交通运输部交通运输部运输服务司副司长徐文强表示，改革的核心在于出租汽车的经营权制度。现行制度下，出租经营权可以有偿使用但无期限，而《意见稿》则提出，进行出租车经营权的期限制，并且对其进行无偿使用。这样的改变出于怎样的考虑？
