在25和26日上午举行的主旨报告会上先后共有10位国内外**做报告。中国电力科学研究院名誉院长、中国科学院院士周孝信作了题为《新能源变革中电网和电网技术的发展前景》的主旨报告。他提出未来40年我国电网发展总体上要完成第二代电网向第三代电网的过渡,逐步实现大型电源与分布式电源相结合,骨干电网与微网相结合的网络格局,构建覆盖城乡的智能、高效、可靠的电网体系。
那希志作了题为《坚持绿色发展,奉献清洁能源》的主旨报告,介绍了华能集团以绿色、低碳和循环经济发展为重点的《绿色发展行动计划(2010-2020)》,提出提高能源转换效率,清洁能源比重显著增加,单位污染物排放水平持续降低,温室气体排放强度逐步降低的目标。
