mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">水平安装的内径为30 mm "Times New Roman"">的PVC管，沿PVC mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">管长度方向每隔40 mm "Times New Roman"">带有一个直径为3 mm "Times New Roman"">的径向圆孔，所有圆孔均排列在一条直线上，PVC "Times New Roman"">管通过定时电磁阀与自来水管连接。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">用封闭材料横遮竖盖封闭标准混凝土板表面（除背面外），晾干备用。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">按生产厂商提供的涂覆量，将饰面砂浆涂布于两块标准混凝土板表面，在标准试验条件下养护24h mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">后，将试件安放到电控淋水装置的下方，放置的倾斜角为（60 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±5 "Times New Roman"">）°，PVC管的开孔方向与流量与试件表面基本垂直，水管与试件的垂直距离为（15 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">±2 "Times New Roman"">）cm，将自来水的流量调节到300mL/s，连续喷淋10 min mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，然后将试件放到（50 "Times New Roman"">±2）℃电热鼓风干燥箱中烘干4h mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，取出放在标准试验条件下冷却至室温，再连续喷淋10min mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。循环21 "Times New Roman"">次后，检查试件表面有无可见泛碱，用干净的手指轻搓表面，检查是否掉粉。
